Group programme fees
Fees are divided between project costs and individual costs. The project cost is set once we have discussed the details with the group leader, but the individual volunteer's cost depends on the number of days a project will last, the proposed itinerary, and how many members are in the team.
Project Fee
The fee covers the associated costs of surveying the villages, preparations for the group's arrival, and purchase of materials in advance - all this is necessary so that we ensure the village with the highest priority is chosen, and the group arrives with everything in place to begin the work on schedule.
Volunteer living costs
The individual volunteers fee - which cover transportation costs, food, accommodation, staff, and other overheads such as electricity - is required no later than 2 weeks prior to start date. Projects cannot begin until this fee has been paid in full.

- Individual living fee is dependent on:
- Number of people in the group
- Length of programme
- Itinerary
- We will make a minimum project fee recommendation according to group size and programme duration
- All fees must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to start date
All fees can be paid by bank transfer (transaction costs to be paid by the group), or Paypal (fee +5% to be paid by the group).
A quote will be sent when we have group details. Extra fees may apply, depending on the agreed schedule.
Please note: Projects and volunteer fees are subject to change if circumstances alter after the initial agreement. Rates are dependent on team numbers, and duration of project.
